Our Story

24th July Diamond Limited, an indigenous publishing house based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. 24th July Diamond was established to produce and publish books for an African audience, especially the Nigerian child. It focuses on delivery of quality book publishing, designing and editorial services. It is also a hub for quality and affordable educational book publishing currently servicing the Nigerian market. Their educational books are products of intensive research into the learning gaps noticed in the education of students who struggle academically in secondary schools and beyond.

Chibuike Okeke, founder of 24th July Diamond Limited, is a passionate educationist, who has spent years working in the publishing industry and providing marketing and distribution services for publishing firms including Literamed Publications (Lantern Books), Kachifo Limited (Farafina Books), Sterling books Nigeria Limited and Cambridge University Press Limited. From his experience working with publishers and interaction with other stakeholders in the industry, he hit upon a solution to the problems facing writers and the publishing industry in Nigeria, and founded the company on the 24th of July 2016. Since then the publishing firm has produced a number of textbooks covering the foundational requirements of early education for the Nigerian child.
